To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
Start by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner. From the drop-down menu, select "Billing".
On the Billing page, locate and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
A confirmation window will appear. If you wish to proceed with cancellation, click "Yes." If you've changed your mind and want to continue using the service, select "No."
Alternatively, you can manage your subscription directly through the Stripe customer portal. Click the "Manage Billing" button on your billing page, which will redirect you to Stripe. From there, you can select "Cancel Subscription" to proceed.
Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you wish to leave the platform and immedialy receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription, please contact our support team directly. We will process your refund request manually.
