You can learn how to create Black List using Guest Post selection tool as follows.

Open the My Projects page in the header.

Click the Create Project button or click on the current project's name to open it.

You will be redirected to the page of your project. There, you can view the entire current database of sites for guest posting and create a Used list of sites.

How to Add Sites to the Used list:

Open your project page and check the checkboxes next to the sites you do not plan to use. Click the Hide button. The sites you have hidden this way will automatically be added to the Used list.

If you change your mind about hiding sites, click the Reset button (in this case, the checkboxes will be removed from all the sites you previously selected) or uncheck the sites you do not need to hide (in this case, the checkboxes are removed one by one, from each site, but not from the entire selected group of sites at once).

To open a blacklist, click on the Used button in the upper right part of the tool.

In this section, you can also add other sites to the Used list as follows:

Firstly, click the Add button to upload sites.

Here you can:

  • Enter a list of sites to use for link selection. Place each site on a separate line.

  • Or import a set of links from a file. The file must be in .txt format.

To find out how to correctly format a file with sites for the Used List, click on the Download example link and download the document. The document contains an example of formatting such a list in .txt format.

Download sites that are on the whitelist by clicking on the Add button.

If you have uploaded a large document, importing the files may take some time.

Update the page by clicking on the Update button.

How to Manage Used List Sites:

  • To select all sites, check the checkbox next to Domain.

  • To select a specific site or sites, manually check the checkboxes next to each site that interests you.

  • To find the site you are interested in and remove it from the blacklist, use the Quick Search section, where you need to enter the name of the site. To choose this site, check the checkbox next to its name. This option is relevant for an extensive list of used sites, where it is difficult to notice the domain you are interested in immediately.

  • To delete the selected sites, click the Delete All button. This option allows you to delete all the sites chosen on the page (but not all the files from the list if the Used list takes up more than one page). In other words, this way, you can select and delete sites located only on the page of the list you are currently working with.

If you change your mind about what sites should not be moved from the Used list to the entire domain database, click the Reset button (in this case, the checkboxes will be removed from all the sites you previously selected) or uncheck the sites you do not need to delete from Used list (in this case, the checkboxes are removed one by one, from each site, but not from the entire selected group of sites at once).

  • If you must completely clear the Used list by deleting all sites, click the Unarchive all button. This way, you will delete and move all these websites to the entire domain database, not just from one page.
