Sorting helps you prioritize the most valuable opportunities in your project. Whether you're looking for the most authoritative domains, highest-traffic sites, or alphabetically organized lists, the sorting feature lets you arrange websites exactly how you need them.

Here's how to sort your domain database:

  1. Go to your Dashboard from the header menu. Then, either create a new project or click on an existing project name to open it.

  2. Once inside your project, locate the "Sort by" section and click "Choose an Option" to open the drop-down menu.

  3. Select your sorting parameter: Choose from the following SEO metrics and options:

    • Backlinks – shows sites with the largest link profiles first

    • Citation Flow (CF) – evaluates the influence of a site's link profile

    • Domain (Alphabetical) – organizes sites in A-Z order for easy navigation

    • Domain Authority (DA) – prioritizes sites with high domain authority and strong SEO reputation

    • Domain Rating (DR) – displays the most authoritative sites first

    • Domains (Ahrefs/Majestic) – assesses link profile diversity

    • Page Authority (PA) – analyzes the strength of specific pages

    • Traffic – highlights sites with the highest number of monthly visitors

    • Trust Flow – measures site trustworthiness based on the authority of linking sources

  4. Choose sort direction: After selecting a parameter, choose the order:

    • A-Z (ascending): from lowest to highest values

    • Z-A (descending): from highest to lowest values

  5. Remove sorting when needed: To clear your current sort and return to default view, simply click the "Reset sorting" button (the cross icon).

Your sorting preference is saved automatically. You don't need to reapply it every time you visit the page – your chosen sort order will still be there when you come back, making your workflow smoother and more consistent.

Pro tip: Combine sorting with filters for maximum efficiency. For example, filter by country and topic first, then sort by Domain Rating to see the most authoritative sites in your niche at the top of the list.
