Navigate to any page in our Support Center and look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Click the icon to open the chat window.
Press “Search for help” to browse our database and find answers immediatly. Just type a keyword and check the suggested articles.
If you didn’t find the answer, click “Send us a message”. Type your question or issue into the message field and send it. One of our support agents will join the conversation shortly to assist you.
You can check the replies in the “Messages” tab.
What to include in your message for faster help:
Your account email address.
A clear description of the issue or your question.
Any relevant screenshots (you can attach them directly in the chat).
