To ensure your subscription does not renew automatically, you need to cancel it before the next billing date. The process is the same as canceling your subscription, which you can do directly from your account.
Here’s how to turn off auto-renewal:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Billing" from the menu.
On the Billing page, find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
A confirmation window will appear. To stop auto-renewal, select "Yes." This action will turn off automatic payments but allow you to keep using all features until the end of your current paid period.
What happens after you cancel auto-renewal:
Your access continues until the last day of your current billing cycle.
You will not be charged again.
Your subscription will not renew automatically.
